God no!!!
We all pay a membership fee for use of the club (which I have to keep track of) and we use that, along with a couple of other small income sources, to keep the club running. No public money goes into the club at all in the way of grants or bursaries, it's all 'privately run' as such.
Don't worry, the Air Force are tight as fuck as well but that's a whole different discussion
