Yes and no I wouldn't bother.

The Fiesta steering isn't what you'd call heavy. Adding PAS adds stuff and complicates an already cramped bay. It will also sap some power from the car to run the pump and in my experience PAS equipped cars lack the driver feedback of the non PAS equipped cars and feel a bit vague.
