my mates having trouble with the error 33 message that pops up evewrytime he trys to play online. the game works fine in story mode. the game worked for a whikle online then this came up so he downloaded the update and it worked for a week. but now its gone back to error 33 again

any ideas as to what it is or how to fix it??

want it sorted so i can kick his arse on there
