We use Graphogen on new cams. Put some on the cam-lobe and some on the base of the lifter. The car needs to NOT idle for the first 20 mins of its life. Alot of people make the mistake of running the cam in whilst sitting still. Drive the car, but just try not to let it idle. If you rev it to 2500 for 20 mins whilst not moving, chances are it will over-heat.
