Never noticed to be honest, and its a "reputable company" who are the seller aswell
If it didn't state recorded delivery, and you didn't pay for it, you can't really complain that it wasn't posted recorded
If you did pay for it though, when it does get delivered the seller wouldn't have any proof that you've recieved it, so there would be no problems in getting your money back through paypal
