Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium EDU DVD is less than 60 ??

Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate x64Bit OEM 3PK DVD is more than 380 !!

and about 20 versions in between

for a HTPC media center build?

AND what HDD space will it take up??
