Skoda Octavia's are manufactured in Russia By 2009 Skoda and Volkswagen intend to have all their cars manufactured in Russia.

However... I thought this was only apparent from this year? mid 2007... so cars older than that are probably still German, which would apply to Tiff's car, i think?
