Oh well, it dont matter now because as predicted I've given up, I just cant be doing with exercise just for the sake of it, I dont mind doing it if it involves having a laugh like climbing/hiking with a few lads I used to work with or having a kick around, but we dont do it often enough to make any difference to my fitness or weight.
I liken going to the gym everyday or just exercising for the sake of it similar to trapping your own bollocks in a very heavy door, avoid at all costs.
