if you can run to it snapon do external extractors about 25 quid each .they come in all the diffrent sizes the part number you need is bexw and the bolt head size .ie bexw 15 and so on .they fit over the outside of the bolt and are taperd so the more force you put on it the better it grips .saved me loads of time and money.
