Why did he go to court, did he contest it?
Usually for 41mph you'll just get a NIP and an offer of 3 points and £60 fine.
yes m8 he did contest it but after he saw the photo of his car he decide to plead guilty he was caught by a camera but the best part about this,is my knew the camera is there cause he used that road every dayhe saids the camera did not flash at all ,and he was shock that he got the summons cause my m8 never speeds thats why he contedyed it
