I feel its appropriate (and when I say 'speed' I mean going quicker than the alloted speed limit) but not in lower limit built up areas

There is no mention of where the '30' limit is in the post. I know of 30/40 zones in the middle of no where, on open roads that should be national limits. The talivans tuck themselves away behind signs and bushes because they know drivers are easy targets around that area.
