yep, same mate as long as its a 2.0 dohc

just change the clutch fork arm as these are different

same ratios aetc aswell, and will bolt straight up

the v6 one wont bolt up correctly and is easy to spot a v6 one as the clucth arm is on the opposite side to a cossie one
