my mk4 escort has 2.0l zetec conversion.
running on mondeo 2.0l deep ecu.
when its on full throttle at about 4-5rpm it cuts out completely like the spark just cuts.
then in a few seconds it comes back.
its got ported head and race exhaust and k and n but thats about it for the mods really.
i fitted powerchip to see if it helped but still does it.
it doesnt smell rich and doesnt get too hot so seems to run ok.
it will rev high but only on half throttle.
