after diggin a little more it would appear you can actuall upgrade the laptop ! so to all the 'ooooh no you cants'

Good News is you have a Celeron M processor in so is simple enough to take out. Bad news is the only upgrade you can goto it a 1.6Ghz so really is not worth the time, cost or hassle !
