We will be making them out an alumunium plate.
I think we can make them including the mounting lugs fitted to the brackets for about 45 Pounds per set. As I'm in The Netherlands some postage would have to be added.
the only concern I still have with is that in case of something hitting the bumper the bracket won't break but the bumper instead because that's the weakest point. But we might have found a solution for that as well. We could use a softer, easier breaking bolt so that the mounting bolt will break instead of the bumper and bracket.
Would anyone be interested?
If there is a lot of interest maybe it would be smart if I send them to a central place so the brackets could be distrributed from there. I think that would save a lot on postage and packaging costs.
What kind of time frame do you expect?
