im not too bad at work really...
well have been quite bad as have being buying dinner.
which is 4 rounds of bread, chicken mayo etc one bag of sensations crisps and can of coke.
and been having bacon and egg sandwiches though.
im 5'9 and about 79kg... but fookin belly is catching me up!
I used go the gym often but have been slacking on my program and not doing my weights as been demotivated recently. so all piles it on!
so far today had..
2 rounds of toast breakfast.
a cup of soup
4 rounds of toast with a tin of beans for dinner
havent a clue on tea if im going to have any
