find something to look forward to and things do get easier when the goal is getting closer and closer
all this mooping about doesn't clear you from the cycle of depression so you keep feeling like shit
easy enough to say i know, but i've been through it years and years ago and it's much easier to give up than it is to carry on with the struggle
think of it as climbing a mountain, when you get to the top it's all downhill and easy freewheeling from then on

just don't think of it as a big drop
enjoy life for the moment every once in a while, but don't say "sod the consequences" as that's just asking for trouble
