As when I saw Metallica the stage was at one end of the stadium (on the left as you look at the piccy) but if the stage is gonna be in the middle of the pitch (somehow!) then the view will be even better!

In that case I wouldn't worry about having a seat in the top tier as the tiers aren't as spread out as the picture would suggest they are built slightly over one another so even though you on 3rd tier you're not too far away from pitch/stage
Just need to book a hotel now
