it all depends on what the police say, if he's been bragging about driving for ages and not getting caught then youwill rightly be expecting plod to be keeping an eye on him, certain forces even wait for you to think you've got away with not being caught wilest driving on a ban and then they catch you and you not only lose the car you also lose whatever sympathy the courts might have had for a first time offender
