To Disable/Enable Intrusion Prevention: Go to Start, Programs, Launch Norton 360. Click on Tasks & Settings in the upper-right hand corner and Click on Firewall Settings. On the Intrusion Prevention Tab, un-check/check the Intrusion Prevention check box.
