In most Hybrid Turbos they are made stronger and have a 360degree thrust bearing this will make the internal part of the turbo stronger and it will last longer also this wiil allow you to run more boost so buy either a stage 1 or 2 hybrid turbo. As for the rear discs i think what most people do over here in England is fit the Ford Focus st170 disc conversion.And for the engine if you want to run loads of power then rebuild your engine with low commpresion pistons to allow you to run high boost the best of luck with this
