i was under the impression was manslaughter was an accident where as you didnt mean to kill the person??
anyway i think if you did get raped the once you would deffo ask for solitary or asked to be put on protection.
you can be done for manslaughter if you kill someone while driving your car.if you crash or if you hit them.
Normally that is classed as "death by dangerous driving" rather than manslaughter I believe, and is in fact what the other guy i was on about who had it pretty easy was in for (his girlfriend died in a car crash when he was driving)
