Right bought some electric windows to fit in the escort yesterday but cannot for the life of me work out how to fir them, i've sorted all the wiring thats not a prob, but i just can't see which way the motor needs to go round?

If anyone could shed some light on it, or has a pic of a stripped down mk4 escort door, i would be very grateful
