Get a few bits done whilst the engine is apart. Head ported and cams
i went for the zvh as it was a easier option for me at the time , as i didnt know much about engines etc at the time but ive learnt enuf from doing the zvh to get on with the full zetec now , was happy with the zvh i got 190bhp at 8 psi with my old set up too
heads going to be ported and have a few bits done to it too
