Right, ive only had my rs for a week, lovin it to bits, specially scarn grannies with the dumpvalve!haha.

just a few questions, bear in mind its been stood 12months. first is, on start up n idle when warming up its quite rattley from the rocker cover, but once warms up it goes, is this normal or a problem?
i need to change the oil, so what oil is best to use atm? and also when warming up 1st time it smokes a whitish smoke for a min or so, wots this?
