If you repalce the Diff with the beam then there is no problem. I have a scorpio diff and beam in mine.. had to change the arms out though because they push the wheels out another inch or two on each side.

i've done loads, and loads of peole i know have dones loads of swaps as well and the granada beams complete are a direct replacement fit for the sierra
Uuummm dojj good point i have a Granda Cosworth rear beam and arms on my saph cossie as it was a very mint beam
Put my cossie diff and shafts ect into that and no problems there
unless he has an estate, i know that the rear arches on them are narrower than the normal sierra rear arches (wheels fitted to the saph, didn't fit the estate)
