I've been trying to fix one all week and am totally lost as is ford technical!

so far i've fitted thermostat, cylinder head temperature senser & water pump. atm i'm waiting for a thermostaticly controlled valve that fits on the back of the water pump that we suspect may be faulty, but it's doubtful.

checked wiring from cylinder head temp senser to ecu and it's all fine.

have you noticed a drop in mpg?
