Considering I've know HER since school.. then YES. And she can go into great detail, about where they were raised, what they were fed etc, etc. Would your average supermarket know that?

Anyway that's not the point.... even buying stuff from the supermarket counters, and making it yourself, is still infinitely better than buying anything in a packet.

When you open a packed meal/pizza/fizzy drink etc, you haven't got the foggiest what chemicals went into it, preservatives etc.
