Complete disaster
Mine were done at the dentist ( 2 teeth 3 years ago, last 2 5 months ago).
The last 2 was a big problem.
The had to cut a piece of bone out of my jaw, to take the tooth completely out
I was in the chair for 70 minutes 
The time after was really fooking hurting me. Been sick for a week
