I have had my current engine for 3 years now. Built by myself and mapped by msd. covered 15,000+miles with alot of track and santapod visits. Just want a change and just gauging where to go.

I have I have 7:6.1 compresstion with bd10 cams and a t34.63.
Forged pistons in a linered 200 block with greys. I run ALS also.

I want 450-500 but with the lag slightly reduced or kept the same and I want the car to idle properly which I have never been able to do with the bd10's

I was thinking of changing the turbo to a roller bearing t38 from r and b and fitting standard exhaust cam and maybe a bd14. I have a new unskimmed head in 100% condition which I was going to get opened up a bit.

Any one with experience of this spec?
