I still believe that there are too many subcategories.
Until you can persuade the advice-givers to look in the right place, the rest of it will be a completely pointless excercise. The first step surely has to be to reduce the number of sub-categories to a manageable number?
As you have said though - I have made my point. You have heard my view at least.
