HAve had the same happen, for reasons beyond my control (let my sis use my account ) I didnt realise "I" hadnt paid for summit the guy started a dispute and I tried to pay him the money and it wouldnt let me untill I had responded to him , recon it must take the ok from them they are willing to accept the payment, so maybe you will receive summit from paypal asking if you still want his money
