i went through a divorce last year and the "SHE gets everything"rule as changed. like said get a good solicitor who specialises in matrimonial, sepereation matters, not just the ordinary run of the mill solicitor.from what you say she aint contributed jack shit towards the house so thats exactly what she will get. and trust me if she wants to stay in the house then its up to her to buy your share of the positive equity of the house.
