Simaler thing happened yrs ago to my mums friends boy he was in a Nova and a cattle lorry pulled out in front of him and he hit it @ 60ish mph and the skid marks where only 3foot long he had no chance
the lorry drove off it was my boss in the lorry he tried hidding the lorry in the yard BUT luckly 2 cars had got his REG as he nearly ran them off the road He claimed not to have heard or flet any thing the Nova's roof was back to the rear pillers

Only one side of his face was left the other side was GONE

cut a long storie short he got off a Mansluter charge due to the polise desreying 1 of 2 mobile phones they proved he was not talking on them but they could'nt say if he was txting (great work by the cops )

Also the lorry should not have been on he road as it was not TAX or MOT'd yet it was found "road worthy" so nothing came of it ,
he also had a passager in the lorry how "claimed" also that they did'nt hear or see any thing Yrt he got a New BMW with private plate ect and got his Morage that he got turned down for a couple of wks before hand (you work it he said he was'nt payed to keep quiet well imo BOLLOX he was shame neither of them got done

The family have now moved away from the area and are now in OZ they got nothing for the loss of the sons life

Also i sore the pics of the car in the in pound and it was not nice alot of Blood in the door pocket ect and thats where the phones where Ie the reason one of them was destroyed due to so much blood ect
