The hard drive in my laptop is shaged

was using the laptop flat for ages then got a new 1 so put the old 1 away, then 1 day needed to get some info from it so pulled it out of the cupboard, turned it on and it wontnt boot kept rebooting it and finally it worked.

did what i had to then put it away again, then the other day i remebered i had loads of photos on the hard drive that i wanted.

dug out the lap top again and it wont boot, sometimes it gets as as the windows loading front screen but then it just hangs

relly want to get all the jpg files off there so if anyone know how please help
