You can get spigot bearing pullers. Your local engine reconditioner probably has one because they generally need to be taken out before a crank can be ground. If you can't borrow one then the easiest way is to get a length of steel bar turned down to an exact fit inside the bearing. 15mm from memory. Pack inside the bearing with grease until the whole recess is full and tap the bar in. Hydraulic pressure will force the bearing out from behind. The end cut off an old gearbox input shaft would do the trick.
To remove the seal drill a couple of 2mm holes in it and screw in some self tapping screws. You should be able to pull it out with molegrips.
