How quick or what distance are you covering on the bike?
Right I'm using a fat burn and cardio program on the bike, think i'm averaging 8.5 miles at an speed of between 12-14mph, then thought I'd give the crosstrainer a miss Friday and instead hit the rower, did 2000mtres on that.
But after a week I still ache!
Hopefully not doing anything wrong, but if someone thinks I am, please feel free to let me know!
Measured my resting heart rate this morning and its between 65-70 (which I hope is ok) and found this site to reach my optimum rate of 154 with 130 being the lowest.
