stephen i rotate from machines to free weights,the reason for this is the machines rip and also give you that ego boost,, but free weights are a bitch to use an if you dont for a while you loose the knack, also why i only use the smiths for shoulders behind the head aswell as upper chest bench press where i stop on the neck,,, i dont trust anyone to squat me like that if they also gotta balance it
its true about the cheating, but just getting it up to flick the lever is difficult
PS: legs still hurt
