I agree with what you say about benchmarks, they should only be a rough guide. How the card performs in a gmae is the important thing.

I may be wrong in saying this but a while back overclockers did decide to do email support only, i know that this was not favoured upon by the people on the forums over there. Im not sure what the result of it was though, i.e. wheather they brought it back or not. Perhaps it may be better if you try sending an email to them about your problem.

I am an ATi fan myself but unfortunately ATi dont seem to be offering a next gen card in the same market as the 6800 non pro. The clostest Ati card is the X800pro which as aimed at the same market as the 6800GT. Bit of a shame really as im sure ATi would do well if they had a direct competitor to the 6800.
