all i can say is without seeing for my self how u train the best advice i can say is strengh will come make sure you have ur technique right for each exercise dont for fucksake let idiots ribbing u make u think you have to lift more than u can manage without causing injury ,remember its a fine balance to push urself to get gains and to push towards injury
