cheers, must admit we kind of guess the stretching part
ive got problems with my left shoulder that it clicks a little since i dislocatedit when i was moutain biking
what i do is swim after ive done shoulders to stretch ( yes i go a puffy gym with steam room/pool/sauna/sunbeds ect

)
anything that help get it stronger is a good help
also my back,,,,,,, ITS LIKE A FUCKING IRONING BOARD UP MY T-SHIRT
i try to lift weights but im clicking my back/shoulder when im doing it and using more shoulders when i do it
