A friend's parents who have always had dogs including a couple of rotties bought one recently. It was docked on the last day allowed and that's why they got him, as they didn't want to get one in future with a tail.

He's awesome, his name is Ike and they saw all the parents etc and got a factfile thing with him with loads of info and an ancestory list going back about 6 generations to some dogs in Holland I think it was.

Pretty cool really.
