Default rrfpr or fmu have i got it right ?

im gonna need a rising rate fuel pressure regulator for my turbo conversion on the bm. am i right in thinking that the ones that work in conjuction with the original fpr say a 10:1 one will add 10 psi for every 1 psi of boost. but when youve got a base fp of 43.5 psi the fmu will have to get up to this level of pressure first before it can take control of the pressure. so fum will not come into play until 4.35 psi of boost ? just need to know as my injectors will need to be able to cope with the 4.35 psi at standard pressure ie about 210 hp. anyone know if im right
