hey guys

just a quick one, a friend has office 2000 installed on his pc, everything has been working fine with it for the past few years. but for some reason 2 days ago it now wont open word ( you get the box come up as if its loading and the egg timer but wont open ) every thing else of office works fine.
any idea's ?
