And any kind of warranty is blown when the asking price isnt paid , simply because you could say that the money that the price was reduced by will cover the repair costs
He paid the asking price of 6500 quid that was agreed at the time of sale though, so I dont see what you are on about there?
And wether or not you haggle on the price of a car doesnt effect your rights as far as im aware, unless its something mentioned in the haggling such as "im going to knock 200 quid off cause that wing has a scratch on it" anyway
