..reference my Saff and this is in no was a diss to the present owner.

I bought the car for 7k which i felt was worth it..BUT i wanted this AMG that came up so was willing to loose a bit as i had no time to break or wait....so i told the perspective buyer i wanted over 6.5k..more 6700...he turns up with 6.5k.......i said ok you got me but just pay for the tax disk which was worth 50 quid...he had no xtra so i said just transfer it in my bank..he said no probs...not seen the money as yet...i have pm'd twice to which he said he would..fair enuff...but on the lastest reply he wants me to waver it it as the water injection pump has blown..and it developed a misfire on the way home to which he has replaced ign amp/dizzy/leads.......now i still want my 50 quid as that was the PRICE...there was no faults as far as i knew with car which was properly tested.

Am i in the wrong should i just accept it or should i expect my 50 quid..i will leave it to you guys to tell me and PLEASE put aside your hate for me.........i wish i could have got a refund or been allowed to pay a bit next day if i find no probs with a cosworth....i lost 450 quid on that car for a quick sale..and the car is deffo worth more...surely the joys of cossie owning.
