Nope, but they do ask you a load of questions to make sure it'll not end up costing you more......like if you have 10 kids and 4 bathrooms then your better off on rates.....

Also you can have ti removed anytime within 12 months IIRC if you want it gone cos your paying more (please check before ordering 1 tho )
