??? How have you managed to bypass the watermeter for the bath/shower and central heating?
My mates a plumber he has a machine that can freeze the water in the pipe where it enters your house (or you could possibly turn it off in the manhole in street) once waters off you can change your plumbing however you like....most houses have the feed into the kitchen (where the meter is) so I left that piped up and took a bypass pipe pre-meter to the pipe that feeds the rest of house and capped off the end of the sink/washing machine pipe. If that makes sense....then your house gets water pre-meter from mains without clocking on the meter.

I'd have bypassed the lot but Then they might get suspicious and investigate....for the time being it works quite well.
