Default SERIES 1 RST Full load enrichment fault.

Hi all hope you can help with a problem i Have. My RS Turbo is a B Plate S1 with a std 1600 cvh with cam and chip. The car starts poorly when cold turninig over for quite some time, have checked the C0 readings and all are with in spec, timing is spot on but still I have this problem. I have read in the Ford tech manual that full load enrichment and cold start enrichment are controlled by the same primary relay? Is this true as I also have det problems when running anything ovewr 10 psi when on full boost. Have double pace cooler to preserve std looks and think these faults are commonly linked with fueling rather than high air temps. Ok so i go to a rolling road (interpro) for a rolling road thrash with the IOW RSOC this year to be told the same thing there was virtualy no full load enrichment over 3800 rpm, car made 134bhp at 3800 rpm and he stopped the run. His advice was to source the correct relay as i had 2 black relays taped together in some kind of strange bodge. Please i need help for my poorly car I need this relay or a way of sorting it out, have tried everywhere for relay and got stuffed at every point. Do i need to run S2 ecu`s and loom or try a new managment? Help please guys have told you everythin I know!!
