I use the AVO 2WD Std height springs and that is low enough, and the improvement to handling over the lower springs was immeasurable.

I cannot explain why this is, but Rainbird can. I believe there is a thread on this, which may come up on a search.

I run std height springs and I believe mine handles better than when I got it ( when it was running about 50mm lower ) - unless you have a rear beam adjustable for camber, some of the really low cars must scrub out the insides of the rear tyres pretty quick?
